Griffin Atlas LLC (“Griffin Atlas,” “I,” “me”) provides technology services including IT support, AI implementation, custom software development, training, and strategic advisory. By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.

All service engagements begin with a conversation. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and rates are agreed upon before work begins. I don't start billing until we've both agreed on what's being done and what it costs.

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point. I don't lock clients into long-term contracts unless specifically requested.

Janus is an AI assistant that answers questions about Griffin Atlas services and helps qualify your needs. Janus is not a licensed professional and does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

Responses from Janus are informational. Service availability, pricing, and specific recommendations are confirmed directly by me during a consultation.

Work product created for you during a service engagement is yours upon full payment. This includes code, configurations, documentation, and deliverables scoped in the engagement.

The Griffin Atlas name, logo, website content, blog posts, and Janus AI system remain the property of Griffin Atlas LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without permission.

Griffin Atlas provides services on a best-effort basis. I stand behind my work and will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues, but I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or this website.

Total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement.

This website is provided as-is. I make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but I don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Don't use this site to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse the AI concierge.

I may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
