Privacy Policy

When you use the contact form, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), service interest, and message content.

When you use the AI concierge Janus, conversations are processed by AI services to generate responses. This includes any information you share during the conversation.

I use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, provide requested services, and improve my offerings. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to roger@griffinatlas.io. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to the processing and transmission of form data. I retain form submissions for the purpose of business correspondence.

When confirmation emails through Resend are enabled, that provider processes your email address, first name, and selected service to send an acknowledgement. The Resend confirmation uses fixed text and does not repeat your submitted message.

Booking a call uses Microsoft Bookings. The name, email address, and any notes you enter are stored in my Microsoft 365 account alongside the calendar appointment, and Microsoft's own privacy statement applies to that service. I keep booking details for the duration of our correspondence.

Janus uses Anthropic to generate responses about Griffin Atlas services. Each message and recent conversation history are sent to Anthropic through the website's Cloudflare-hosted API. These providers process that information to operate the chat.

A copy of your conversation stays in your browser's session storage for the current tab session. I do not save chat transcripts on Griffin Atlas servers. Operational logs contain request identifiers, counts, and timings rather than message or reply text. If you want me to see something from a conversation, send it through the contact form.

Provider retention is separate from browser storage. Anthropic's commercial data retention terms apply to API processing. Do not enter passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information into the chat.

Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of business correspondence. Janus conversations are not retained at all — they live in your browser for the current visit and are gone when the session ends.

You can request deletion of any of your data at any time by emailing roger@griffinatlas.io or asking Janus directly — deletion requests are handled by Roger personally.
